I"v been waiting!!!!

. I knew this day was coming soon,but i didn't think he would be this young!! On December 8Th Aidan was taking a nap and waiting so patiently for Nana Shelly to come baby site. I went to do another load of laundry which is next to Aidan's bedroom. As i came out of the room i always look to see if he is still in bed just a habit.To my view he was gone, usually he will call me i started to look around to finally find him in the bathroom!
I asked him if he was feeling OK,he said yes. I asked him if he pooped he said yes and he had wiped himself. (We all know what that means). Yes he used the whole roll of toilet paper.Witch CLOGGED THE TOILET!!!!
So Happy Birthday to my husband we both had to take the toilet paper out. I held the bag while Brian used a coat hanger to fish the toilet paper out among the poop. We assured Aidan he wasn't in trouble but you cant use that much and we will work on letting him do it while we are their.
So to end the night I took Brian to a nice dinner and movie of his 30Th birthday and Nana had a blast with Aidan and Quentin

She is so funny

This is great I had the oppertunity to see her at a woman's chirstmas event at Alison's church. She is one of the funneyiest comedian i have ever seen. This is the truth she couldnt have said it better!!!!!!

The Finished Product

Here it is the finished product!! Aunt Mariann and Uncle Gary years ago started the
tradition with their kids putting gingerbread houses together. Uncle Gary used to spend hours putting them together with the frosting and alot of cotton picking witch he used to say when things wouldn't go right. This year we had the opportunity to get together with Brian's cousins and do it. We were sadly missing Uncle Gary and Aunt Mariann who are doing missionary work in Africa.We had so much fun even though we cheated and glued them together then decorated them it saved us alot of "Cotton picking" and time. Aidan loved it because he got to eat candy while we decorated and for everyone i didn't decorate the lady outside that would be my lovely husband.

After The Company

After thanksgiving I was getting back in to the
normal day to day things that needed to be done.
So during this time daddy had the day off and
was suppose to be watching the kids
"you all know what that means" yeah right.

So I start to vacuum the house i began downstairs
and moved my way up. Thinking there dad is watching the kids
he comes out of our bedroom and said " do you know what your
son is doing" my response was "NO" you are suppose to be paying
attention to them Why? He said go look!

As I walk into our bedroom Aidan is standing in my bath tub
naked!!! I asked him what are you doing? He responded
cleaning your bath it was dirty! I laughed and said why naked
he said he just wanted to be. (I can never keep him dressed)
I said to please get dressed we didn't want to see you that way.
He always want to help even when it isn't dirty!! It gave me a
good laugh for the day!

A Goodnight Ending

As we all have the nightly rituals with our kids
me and Aidan love to have a little time after
Quentin goes to bed this is our cuddle time!
Some times we crawl into my bed or the couch.
Last night i decided to let him stay up longer
then usual. We started to decorate for Christmas
as we were decorating we were also watching
don't forget the lyrics, the girl was about to sing
the song Hero by Mari ah Carry, Aidan looked
at me and said that was cool. I looked at him and
said what was cool he said Hero's are cool mom!
So I asked Aidan if he had any hero's and with no
hesitation he said "My Dad is my Hero" And of course
I asked him if he wanted to tell his dad so we called dad
at work and told him that made Brian's night.

The After Party

We had all the cousins over after thanksgiving to visit at my house. It's sad that it only happens one a year and we almost all live so close we were only missing some :o( who live far and couldn't be with us. We ordered pizza had laughed and had a good time.
